My Mum had a recipe book. It is filled with recipes that she had collected and cooked. Some are written in her lovely familiar looping script and others are snippets from magazines and news papers, carefully stuck on the pages. Some have annotations. "John and I love this!" is probably my favourite. Mum passed away in 2025 at the age of 94. I thought it might be nice to remember her by cooking her book. But then I thought it might also be nice to write about it, and share it with others!
